Help is available for those in the Eddyville Blakesburg Fremont School District who need food assistance. A food pantry has been established at the EBF High School baseball concession stand.

The pantry is open on Wednesdays from 3:30-5:30 p.m. This is a free/confidential service offered to anyone whose children attend EBF School District. The pantry’s purpose is to strengthen the community and school district by providing nutritious food at no cost. Participants must fill out a form for the Food Bank of Iowa on the first visit. At this time participants will also receive a reusable tote to use for each of the visits. If anyone has questions, email rocketfoodpantry@ rocketsk12.org.

The food pantry hours will not be affected by Christmas break. If an emergency arises, persons can email rocketfoodpantry@ rocketsk12.org for arrangements to be made.
